ALL MEMBERS are required to book in advance before attending.

To keep sessions to a safe number, members can only attend one session per day. Please DO NOT book 2 sessions for the same day as your second one will be deleted.

19:00-19:50 Boxing for Fitness (Men - over 16 years old)
20:00-20:50 Boxing for Fitness (Men - over 16 years old)

Tuesdays

17:00-17:50 Boxing Training (Boys/Girls 10-16 years old)
18:00-18:50 Boxing Training (Boys/Girls 10-16 years old)
19:00-19:50 Boxing Training (Boys/Girls 14-16 years old)

20:00-21:00 Competitive Boxing (By Invite only)

Wednesdays
